What is the return policy?
Changed your mind? Start a return through your WINKO account within 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order. You then have a further 14 days after notifying us to send the items back. You arrange and pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We will email you the return address and instructions. Your rights for faulty items are unaffected. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

When will I get my order?
We dispatch within 1–3 working days. Orders to the UK, EU and other international destinations, excluding Thailand, leave our London warehouse.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
- EU: 2-11 working days
- Thailand: 1-4 working days
- Rest of World: 3-17 working days
These estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote destinations and customs clearance can take longer. Please allow for both preparation and delivery time.
How much does shipping cost?
- UK: £3.99; free on orders of £200 or more
- EU, including Italy: £8
- Thailand: free delivery.
- Other international destinations, excluding Thailand: £14.99
Where you check out in another currency, the applicable amount is shown in that currency before payment.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
No additional import charges are payable on delivery. UK orders are dispatched from stock already in the UK. For international orders, WINKO covers import taxes and customs duties. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before payment.
