RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
Once you’ve told us, you then have 14 more days to send it back.
We’ll refund the price you paid for the item(s) only. Original delivery costs are not refunded, you‘ll need to arrange shipping and cover the return postage costs.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, let us know within 30 days and we’ll refund or replace it.
In these cases, we’ll also refund your original delivery cost and we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you don’t need to pay for return postage. If you use a different courier without our approval, we’ll only refund return postage up to the amount our label would have cost.

HOW TO RETURN
Email us at info@winkofightwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll give you the return address and instructions. Always get proof of posting or a tracking number — we can’t refund items lost on their way back to us.

REFUNDS

Once we get your item (or proof you’ve sent it), we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
