Shipping policy

DISPATCH
Orders to the UK, EU (including Italy) and other international destinations, excluding Thailand, are dispatched from our London warehouse. We prepare orders within 1–3 working days after payment is received. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY AFTER DISPATCH
- UK: 3–5 working days.
- EU, including Italy: 2–11 working days.
- Other international destinations, excluding Thailand: 3–17 working days.
- Thailand: 1–4 working days.

Preparation time is additional to delivery time. For UK orders, allow approximately 4–8 working days in total. These are estimates; remote locations, public holidays and customs clearance may affect delivery. If your order is delayed, contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

UK orders are dispatched from stock already in the UK, with no import duties or additional taxes to pay on delivery. For international orders, WINKO covers import taxes and customs duties. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING
We send your tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. 

DELIVERY ISSUES
Please check your address before ordering and contact info@winkofightwear.com promptly if it needs correcting. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently arranged by you.
