Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMES
UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays)

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped with a tracking number (provided in your dispatch confirmation email).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
